Warranty & RMA
Last updated: July 12, 2026.
Warranty coverage for B2B products depends on the product type, application, agreed specification, and final commercial documents. Any warranty period or remedy stated in a quotation, invoice, contract, or quality agreement takes priority.
RMA process
- Contact us before returning any product and provide order information, photos, failure description, application conditions, and quantity affected.
- Returned goods must be authorized in writing and shipped according to the RMA instructions.
- After inspection, remedies may include repair, replacement, credit, or another mutually agreed solution.
Exclusions
Warranty does not normally cover misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation, abnormal environment, mechanical damage, unsuitable system design, or issues caused by third-party parts outside our control.
